FAQ's

Have a question?
Refer below for responses to frequently asked questions from our customers.

What is a Limited Edition print?

Limited Edition indicates that a fixed number of prints will be created for each photograph. Once the entire edition is sold, there will be no further reproductions of that particular image. Each limited print is signed, numbered, and supplied with a matching Certificate of Authenticity.

Why does the price of the artwork change over time?

Each limited edition is released in three price tiers. Prices increase as the edition sells out, rewarding early collectors and reflecting increasing scarcity. Please inquire for current availability and pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and Canada at this time for Open Edition prints. Limited Edtion shipping options are shared upon sending an inquiriy,

What type of Fine Art paper do you print on?

Limited Edition Prints are archival pigment prints on Hahnemühle fine art paper,  a heavyweight, 100 % cotton rag, acid and lignin-free and OBA-free, it meets museum archival standards and feels luxuriously rigid in hand.

Open-Edition Prints are printed on Breathing Color® Fine Art 310 gsm Bright White. This bright-white, matte 100 % cotton paper offers crisp detail, vibrant colour, and a velvety texture while remaining acid- and lignin-free for true longevity.

The prints come with a 1" white border around the edges to accommodate framing and matting.

Do any of the prints come framed?

No, the prints do not come framed. The acrylic and canvas prints are shipped in a box with protected padding and bubble wrap. The acrylic prints come with a float mount giving the appearance that the artwork is floating off of the wall. The fine art paper prints are shipped in a rolled carton to protect them during shipping. It is advisable to have skilled professionals handle the mounting of all prints. Be sure to use a well-established framing shop for the framing of your artwork.

How do I care for my Acrylic print?

You take care of your acrylic print as you would any other piece of fine art. Avoid scratching or banging the corners of your acrylic print. Though durable, it is possible to chip the edges if banged on a hard surface. You can use a standard glass cleaner, or just soap and water and a 100% cotton cloth to clean your acrylic print.

Can I display my Acrylic Print outdoors?

No. Our Acrylics are designed for indoor use.

What are the details of the canvas prints?

Our canvas prints are printed on a 400gsm semi-gloss white poly-cotton blend, specifically designed for the high-end fine art market. Our canvas is 1.5 "thick and high-quality gallery wrapped, with a mirrored edge visible on the sides. Every canvas print comes ready to hang out of the box.
