Terms & Conditions

Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card or Wire Transfer. Wire transfer details will be shared with you once your order is placed and are preferred for larger orders. For any inquiries, please contact art@andremusgrove.com for more information.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

All print sales are final! All artwork is made to order. Due to the high cost of production, please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer
  • Errors in selected options such as material or quantity

Upon receiving your order, please fully inspect the product. In the rare instance that damage occurred during shipping, please reach out to us at art@andremusgrove.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Please provide details and photos of the damage; we will replace your print at no additional cost. Please save all original packaging! Your satisfaction is important to us.

 

Shipping Policy

All of our artwork is made to order and the production times may vary depending on the product. Once your order is ready and you receive a tracking number, it will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS which takes between 1-5 business days. Please note that Alaska delivers in 6 days and Hawaii in 7 days. FedEx drops off ground packages between Tuesday and Saturday to residential addresses and Monday through Friday to business addresses. Open Edition prints only ship to the USA and Canada at this time. All Limited Edition prints ship worldwide at carrier costs.

Production Times (Open Edition):

  • Fine Art Paper Print only (unframed): Approximately 2-4 business days
  • Canvas Prints: Approximately 7-10 business days
  • Acrylic Prints: Approximately 9-12 business days

Note: Limited Edition production time may vary and details will be provided once a quote has been sent to you

VERY IMPORTANT: The production times above are approximates, they are not guaranteed nor do they include holidays. This does not include the time it takes to ship the prints from us to you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Depending on the number of items ordered and sizes, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. We do our best to ensure you receive your order and will provide you with your order status and tracking number once available. If you would like to request special or rushed delivery please email us at art@andremusgrove.com.

We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of the personal information you provide. When you place an order, we only collect the necessary details to process and fulfill it. You have the option to withhold non-essential personal information.

Any information received is solely used to complete your order, and we do not sell or redistribute it to any third party. If you wish to have your information deleted, kindly contact us at art@andremusgrove.com , and we will promptly accommodate your request.
